Join Dr. Andrea for a focused and supportive class designed to help you connect with and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. This class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for those looking to improve core stability, enhance posture, and support overall pelvic health.
Through a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, and targeted exercises, you’ll learn how to identify and engage your pelvic floor muscles effectively. Whether you’re preparing for or recovering from childbirth, managing pelvic floor dysfunction, or simply wanting to enhance your body awareness, this class offers a safe and empowering space.

Meet your instructor
Andrea Franklin, D.C.
In 2020, Dr. Andrea started Chippewa Valley Mobile Chiropractic. Dr. Andrea’s vision is to make chiropractic care more convenient by bringing care to your home or office.
Dr. Andrea grew up in a small town in Wisconsin. After high school she received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While a student she was a member of the marching band and was able to cheer on the Badgers at football, basketball, hockey, and bowl games.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Andrea enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While a student she served as class treasurer, a tutor, and radiology intern. Dr. Andrea graduated valedictorian of her class and was inducted into the International Chiropractic Honor Society, Pi Tau Delta. She is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and certified in nutritional counseling.
Dr. Andrea regularly attends seminars to keep her knowledge up to date. She enjoys caring for our community including: women, children, babies, pregnant women, and men. Additionally, she is a member of networking groups and her church.
After graduation, Dr. Andrea moved to Eau Claire and now resides in Altoona with her husband Jae, son Asher and daughter Willow. In her free time she enjoys working on crochet projects, yoga, biking, cooking, spending time with her family, and exploring the beautiful parks of Eau Claire.
